I strongly believe in educating both buyers and sellers about the process I believe that the more you know, the more comfortable and stress-free you will be. Buying or selling real estate does not have to be a scary or stressful experience it actually should be a great step in your life. Your goals are my goals. In addition to my years in the real estate business, I bring numerous years of advertising and marketing experience (from my past life) to every sale. I live in Congress Park with my husband, our two sons, daughter, and dog. I choose to live in the Congress Park neighborhood because of the historic homes, the parks and large leafy trees, the sense of community, and the fantastic DPS schools that my kids attend. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and Denver Board of Realtors. I am proud to hold the prestigious national CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, as well as the ASR (Accredited Sellers Representative). I am also currently working towards becoming aMaster Certified Negotiation Expert, having completed three of the required courses: Advanced Negotiations Techniques, Mastering Email Negotiations, and Certified Negotiations.

Home Buying & Selling in Denver as well as the rest of the country has dramatically changed. Most of you are doing your homework, lot’s of surfing before calling me. Which is good in that you know what you want (for the most part). Unfortunately, the internet is not so good when a lot of the information is inaccurate or out of date; you can’t help but notice the market is changing every day. Most of the real estate valuation websites (Zillow, Trulia, etc.) provide great information on what has sold and what a block looks like, but they also provide educated guesses on how much a home is worth, and the margin of error tends to be misunderstood. I’m all for surfing in your slippers and looking at property (love to do it myself). Use your web tools, but let me help separate fact from fiction – there are a lot of changes happening and the process is harder than ever before . The human element in real estate is, a home is where we truly LIVE.
