First, Michael is also a licensed Architect and business owner. He has previously worked in the commercial, residential, and public sectors of architectural design; he brings business understanding and professionalism to the residential real estate market. He has a professional knowledge of the building design and construction industry superior to his competition. Through his education, practice, and service, Michael brings a top level of professional service to his real estate clients.
Second, paramount to Michael’s mission statement is his fiduciary commitment to his clients. Fiduciary duty is defined as an obligation of one party to act in the best interest of another. The fiduciary is someone entrusted with the care of money or property. Loyalty, Obedience, Disclosure, Confidentiality, Reasonable Care & Diligence, and Accounting are the pillars of a fiduciary relationship. Michael holds these responsibilities as the foundations of his service.
Originally from northeastern Ohio, he moved to Denver in 1998 to pursue his Master of Architecture degree. In addition to his Masters degree, Michael has a bachelors degree in Mathematics. Michael has over five years of experience as a residential real estate broker. Additionally, he has over eight years of professional service experience as an Architect and business owner. Michael is dedicated to the communities that he lives and works in. He resides in Stapleton with his wife and three children. When he is not hard at work, he spends his free time with his family, running, or playing golf.
