His Knowledge of the Denver Area

Jim has lived in Belcaro Park for the last 20 years. Prior to that he lived in Congress Park and Cherry Creek and knows these areas, as well as Capitol Hill, Cory-Merrill, Bonnie Brae, and the 7th Avenue Historic District plus Hilltop, Crestmoor and Montclair. Denver is very lucky to have so many varied and well loved areas just blocks from Downtown and all the attractions that offers, as well as The Denver Zoo and Denver’s Museum of Nature and Science.

Awards & Recognition

Jim was honored with a Community Service Award from the Mayor’s Council on the Arts and Humanities for his volunteer efforts with the Denver School of the Arts, and was also nominated and named Salesperson of the year in 1993 by his colleagues at the Denver Board of Realtors. Jim has successfully marketed three entire condominium buildings in Cherry Creek and one loft project downtown in the last fifteen years, along with numerous single-family homes.
