A fourth-generation Denver native and a licensed Colorado attorney, I bring in-depth knowledge and understanding of both the Denver real estate market and familiarity with the legal intricacies of buying and selling a home.
It’s been said many times but bears repeating: buying a home is one of the most significant events in a person’s life. It’s a major financial undertaking. It is emotional. It is personal. It is not just a house; it is a home, your home. With this in mind, whether my clients are buying or selling or both, I am committed to bringing the highest level of service and integrity to this all-important process. My approach begins with a clear understanding of your needs and goals; tireless advocacy on your behalf; skilled negotiations; meticulous market research and analysis, responsiveness; and, perhaps most importantly, a principled and trustworthy transaction.
I am proud of my deep roots and connections to the Denver community. Having been raised in North Country Club and witnessed firsthand the seismic changes that have rippled through Denver in the last 25 years, I have a vast understanding of many Central Denver neighborhoods, how they have changed and where they continue to evolve. That is why I specialize in Country Club, North Country Club, Congress Park, Hilltop, Crestmoor, Lowry, Park Hill, Washington Park, Belcaro, Observatory Park and Mayfair/Montclair neighborhoods.
Prior to my career in real estate, I worked as the Policy Director for the Colorado Forum, a non-partisan organization whose mission is to create sound public policy for our communities and state. Earlier in my career, I spent seven years as a broadcast producer at ABC News in New York City and Denver. I graduated from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law in 2005 with a J.D. and received my B.A. in English from Dartmouth College in 1991. When I’m not helping my clients, you can find me running, reading, skiing and spending time with my husband and two awesome sons.
