Kathy is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She attended college at Southern Methodist University and a master’s program at Pepperdine University before moving to Denver in 1993. Before getting into real estate, she was a Family/Child therapist for 9 years. She then became a real estate closer for 6 years before getting her real estate license. During this time she worked for Attorneys Title, Mountain States Title and Land Title. She joined Metro Brokers before becoming an agent with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek in 2006.
Kathy specializes in Central Denver real estate with the emphasis on Wash Park, where she has lived for 16 years. She also specializes in Platt Park, Bonnie Brae, Observatory Park, Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Crestmoor, Downtown and Uptown to name a few.

Originally from Minnesota, Sylvia moved to Denver in the 1980’s to attend graduate school at the University of Denver. After earning a master’s degree in clinical social work, she enjoyed a 13 year career as a psychotherapist, assisting people in improving the quality of their lives. Making a career change to real estate proved to be the perfect way to combine her natural love of helping others as well as sharing her enthusiasm for Denver and it’s neighborhoods.
