On page four of Pete Bellande’s baby book, there it is, his first word: “Victorian.” Okay, that’s not true, but it wouldn’t surprise anyone. Pete was born into real estate. In a home where one parent was a Real Estate Attorney and the other a Realtor, Pete’s life was a little less Saturday morning cartoons, and a little more planting Open House signs in frozen yards. Instead of The Jetsons, ThunderCats and Tom & Jerry, from a young age, Pete was being educated on value, negotiation and client service.
As an adult, Pete attended and graduated from Wheaton College. After years working as a highly-praised financial advisor in Chicago, Pete found that his greatest joy was serving others. Sure, owning a business and winning sales awards was exciting, but really assisting his clients in planning for the future is what connected the dots. As the years went on, Pete felt a pull to begin advocating for others in a different way. The real estate seed his parents planted never stopped growing. His desire to live in a vibrant, yet active city combined with a path of serving others through finding their dream home led him to where he is today.
Since relocating to Denver in 2008, Pete has immersed himself in the outdoors, serving as the volunteer Safety Director for Colorado Whitewater. Not one to waste a perfectly good backdrop, in addition to whitewater kayaking, Pete also enjoys backcountry snowboarding and biking through Denver. When he’s not cruising around, you can find Pete reading a good book on the porch of his 1898 Denver home. Passionate about contributing to the neighborhood in which he lives, Pete also runs an annual home tour fundraiser in the Historic Old San Rafael neighborhood.
Today, Pete is consistently ranked among the best of his peers by the Realtor Roundtable of Excellence. He has successfully built a referral-based business full of, arguably, the best homeowners around town. By utilizing his vast knowledge of Denver’s urban and suburban neighborhoods, a robust network, a bit of humor and a lifetime of experience, Pete Bellande happily brings you the best concierge level service.
At the ripe age of 5, Ian recalls Watching “This Old House” and becoming immediately enthralled with residential real estate. Although quite a few garage tools shy of rivaling Bob Vila himself, his love for construction and homes has been a constant from a young age. Throughout the past 13 years, he has worked real estate as an investor, builder and Realtor.
Most recently, he was in the Finance and Construction industry as a consultant, controller and business owner but the compelling call of representing buyers and sellers along with his love of Denver’s modern and vintage homes could no longer be ignored. The high level of detail required in his finance background along with his construction knowledge and white glove client service ensures that his buyers and sellers get the absolute best representation.
Ian lives in an 1892 Victorian in the Whittier neighborhood. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Advocates for Children, he also volunteers for the organization as a court appointed special advocate for abused and neglected children. When he is not working, he enjoys skiing, biking around Denver, golfing and taking road trips or traveling, whenever the opportunity presents itself.
